The reason for that is because vendor gear at base gives you level 32

Lol I'll take anyone 30+ if they have a experience and good weapons.

I will take anyone 23+ through vault normal and 27 through hard. Regardless of experience or weapons, i will teach people to raid.

Lol I would too if I had that amount of time on my hands. Life has been kind enough to give me the patience but not the time.

It doesnt take my team much longer when teaching. Maybe 15-20 minutes as long as people listen. We only do 1 or 2 new raiders at a time to make it faster
