Someone said that red hood would lose to green arrow.
Let's look at the facts here.
Green arrow:
Stupid outfit
No body armor
Shoots arrows
Can't do a flip in the air
Can't hold on to a ledge of a building for more than 10 seconds.
Red hood:
Tactical visor
Dual automatic handguns
Has protection
CAN do a full flip over someone
Once put together an entire militia.
