Ive just found the start of it really slow. Practise jumping. Right now go here, ok now go there... and the only weapons i have so far are metal poles of one kind or another and my guy can only swing them like 3 times before he gets tired and has to back off.
-
Yea but be prepared to get bored fast once you beat the story...atleast for me it got boring at the end. Very fun game though.
-
Yeah it gets significantly better, the last upgrade for one of your skill trees is unlimited stamina.
-
I think that's the point of the game. You're supposed to be weak and you have to pick your battles. As you level up you get better stuff, but even then you don't want to waste your katana killing tons of zombies with no purpose.
-
Wait until you •get new combat abilities (By endgame you'll be throwing enemies, smashing their heads, stunning them, leaping from rooftops and landing on them with your axe in their face, smashing their heads open with your knee, snapping necks, ect.) •get new parkour abilities (you'll soon be able to run faster and longer, climb faster, slide, roll, dodge, and get around the map very quickly) •get bladed weapons (why? Duh, you can remove limbs and they generally do more damage than other weapons, when you get to the part where Rais cuts a guy's hand off, he leaves his blade on a table. TAKE IT! it's a really good low level blade for cutting shit up) •get a gun (Mostly for holding up survivors and Rais's men, but also for taking out zombies at a range)
-
Parkour is pretty sloppy till you upgrade your agility. Combat is bland till you upgrade power. You can farm level ups at night really quick. A lot of fun after that.
-
Just wait until the night missions buddy haha you're gonna lose your shit
-
Yeah play more. And do Co op that shit is awesome

Anyone wanna do the Bozak Horde on Xbox One? Be maxed out, I wanna get this bow.
-
Anyone who got the platinum/100% on it, how difficult is to get it from 1 to 10?

Edited by TheDigitalDude: 7/27/2015 4:27:40 AMAsk yourself this, do you enjoy every zombie trope ever jam packed into a game Then that's the game for you
in all seriousness tho the game was fun, nothing I'd play again but fun none the less
-
Finally beat it today. The game is really dull and repetitive till the last 25%.
-
If you have a couple of friends to play with it's a great game.
-
Starts off slow, gets okay after a couple of hours, gets stupidly easy once you start to max skills out.
-
The story gets sort of interesting near the end but the best part is finding all of the developers weapons and using them
-
Edited by WalkinDude87: 7/27/2015 3:27:29 AMI just had fun running around Maxing my parkour. Especially at night. Good times

The weapons and skills really help the experience. Coop is super fun too.
-
It gets AWESOME as you level up.
-
As you get more into the game level wise, you will see your running and combat abilities enhance. Enjoy it while it lasts tbh, it is not as fun as you think it is being an OP survivor.
-
So much better. Until about level 15 in everything you'll feel like a helpless Librarian caught up in the apocalypse, but eventually running and killing won't be much of an issue.
-
After awhile it becomes really stale
-
Enjoy it while you can. Once you get a few guns the game becomes far too easy. Level up a bit and it will be better with the melee weapons. But the guns kind of change the whole game.
-
Edited by Liberty prime : 7/4/2015 3:43:45 PMThe more you level up the better it gets
-
Enjoy it while you can, once you get guns it gets boring imo.
-
I put around 70 hours in and I've still not finished it, I found it more fun just doing side missions for the majority of the game but I advise getting the game to the point you have full day an night cycles, soon as you can wander around at night things get more fun because it becomes a game of stealth rather than killing
