It's been a few weeks since TTK was announced along with the controversial pricing structure. Bungie has addressed some of the complaints raised by players but has yet to address a pretty major one.
Why are players outside of North America being discriminated against with an increased price for a digital download DLC?
At this point I know it is very unlikely the price will change but I would like Bungie to address the issue and perhaps offer some sort of explanation as to how $40 = £40. At the moment I am at a loss as to why we should pay the equivalent of $64 for the DLC alone. Perhaps Bungie and Activision are quite happy to sit back because any market outside the USA doesn't matter? Or are they relying on the fact that fanboys will rush out and pay whatever you ask for whatever crap you release because you hype it up enough.

The reason they don't discuss it is because Activision does the pricing. Haven't you ever heard the phrase, "don't bite the hand that feeds you" before?
