Dude, I get what you're saying and all, but that's the point of a PR dude. His interest is in protecting the company and managing public relations with the community. That's how companies or organisations work. you can't just please everyone without having the interests of the company in mind. You can't just say we should do this and that and expect the game developers to do something whenever the community has a valid point.
