Edit: #OffTopic is very creative with these kind of things, I'm not sure if I'm proud or scared...

Slowly, with a dull spoon. I would start by digging into your stomach and if you survived long enough I would proceed with gouging out your eyeballs. I would then begin to cut into your skull with a bone-saw, and once you were close enough to death, I would rub salt into your wounds until you bled out.
