Yep. That's my current guess. Through the flames of the iron banner, his pedestal on which he stands. He's the only Iron Lord to come to the Tower, the shattered warriors are your enemies in the Iron Banner matches.. can't really place the rest of the riddle, but the hint seems to point to him.
