Fix IB Matchmaking
The SO and I have been attempting to do IB and of the 6 games we have queued for as a duo, 3 of them have been against premades of at least 5. I thought this was supposed to have been fixed a long time ago. Then, for game #7, we were on on opposite teams. GG Bungie, GG
