Sea levels are not rising
Yes, sea levels do fluctuate but these ups and downs occur over 100s of thousands if not millions of years. The last time sea levels rose was about 3500 years ago. How do we know this? This was when Atlantis was swallowed.
Simply not enough time has passed for another period of rising sea levels to happen yet.
