TTK Emotes for day one players

I am wondering when or how the day one players can get the emotes and other things that people are getting from the collectors edition. I have already bought TTK digital regular edition and can't find where to purchase the emotes/exotics and other things. It would be great if someone could explain/help me out with this one. Thanks!!
