Dont Nerf Thorn Better Idea
What if instead of Nerfing Thorn and pissing off a bunch of players that worked for it make it so that the burn is shorter and if you kill the person who thorned you it stops the burn.

That's still considered a nerf ._. I like this idea better than any sort of damage drop off though
