Here's my situation if anyone is willing to help (PS4):
Myself and about three other friends/co workers actively play each week, with another one or two that need a week or so advance notice to jump on, all of us are 32-34's.
Half of us never completed a Raid, while the other half have one completion (VoG Normal). We are looking for someone (or two people) to help with a VoG Hard run; but just know, we will probably not do too well with some of the Raid criteria. We have the weapons/armor, but need someone that can help point out what needs to be done or where we are going wrong. All of us are active communicators on headsets. Let me know if you are willing to help me get something going (you can friend me or I can friend you) and I will start getting a day/time together, we are in the US on Central Time.

Hey nice post, I'll help for sure, VoG hard is definitely not an easy run, even though it's a lower level it's much harder than Crota Hard (imo) I'll happily tag along though, just have a few hours spare because the first time will take some time. I'm from London UK so although I'm on most nights I would only try this at the weekends when we have more time. Crota though, anytime you want as its a quick raid

Thanks for the support. As of this typing I have RamBoned18 (below) added as our main assistance for a run attempt tonight. Myself and the four other guys I know that I am bringing in have some experience with VoG mechanics, but because 4 of 5 of us only have one full sit down under our belts, nothing really clicked, or someone was not communicating (the non communicator was not invited to this session). So as it stands it's 4 Novices (raid-wise) and 2 experience raiders. I've never attempted Hard Mode and the anxiety will kill me before it does my guardian. : P I'm keeping everyone's names down for future endeavors, so you can't get rid of me that easy.

I would recommend all of you doing normal with a guide first to get some practice... The mechanics are l pretty much the same its just much easier and more conducive to learning

Me and my brother play ps4, and we have a clan that actively raids. If you need any help add my GT, it's the same as above. We can get you guys set up for a H VoG and go from there.
