Really? If it looks half as good as ghost angel I'd be pretty happy right now rocking the kell hood it's sick! But j want something distinctive that's where the ghost angle comes in

Also I think you can get it from engrams from Tiger strikes only. (Reward engrams.)

Yea I've heard that before but I've never seen it drop I've done bunch of strikes playlists and never seen it

You have to get it from engrams the strike itself, and even then, it's RNG.
