The riddle of the Dead.

Neither side did I choose, all may win and all may lose. Safety could not be found with me, as I had destroyed so many. By this right alone, they ruled, but I was not so easily thrown. I harbor destruction in memories. From the ashes, my creation became an unstoppable force, and now through me, they will become stronger. (100 replies)Hint 1:Look to me for a reminder of death and our history. (150 replies)Hint 2: Only once was I given up on. Please join our group, Destiny Riddlers, for more riddles. CONGRATULATIONS! Slovak Ranger got the answer. Answer
Battle of Twilight Gap.
First riddle guys, I hope you like it! I got help from DieselD4444 and xFILxxx.

 • Gjallarhorn? Neither side - can kill both your enemy and you. Safety - self explanatory. By this right - first was used against Fallen (Lord of Wolves reference), or as people rule the recruitment board with them. Memories - was made from armor of heroes of Twilight Gap. Last one is also self explanatory. Hint 1 - again, death during Twilight Gap. Hint 2 - Gjallarhorn sold by Xur once, no one knew it was that good, so everyone passed.
