I do know what a solid oxidant is. Let's take... Pottasium Dichromates. If we attempted to release this in space, the result would be the same. It would hardly be able to burn for even a few seconds. Also, good point on number 8. But I would suspect that if you did catch fire in space, you would have to light inside their body. Also, I just got the job ;)
