Actually its not, since Trials can be done even at level 20, its not End game material.
PoE is the End Game for HoW.

Doesn't matter of the results, because you can join at level 20 means its not End Game, its far from it.

The mere fact that u can enter to play at level 20 makes it just another pvp game mode...skirmish with level advantages.

He's got a point. You must first beat HoW to play PoE. You must first beat The dark below to play CE. But you only have to be lvl 20(you don't even have to beat the main story) to play trials. Soooooooo....
