I don't know if Bungie.net already shows it since I cannot find it, but if it doesn't it needs a golden chest progression chart or something.
When I saw the new "progress tracker that follows all the accomplishments in order to reward you" thing they announced today, I saw that I only was missing 2 things: beat Skolas in Prison of Elders and grab every golden chest in the game. Now Skolas is understandable; he was a bitch in a half with the burn modifiers. However the chest thing confuses me. It said I have 16/20 chests, even though I was sure I got all of them in the first few months of the game coming out, but I guess I was wrong.
So when I go online to check where the chests I am missing are (I can't do it on my Xbox yet cause my tv is getting fixed), there is no way to view my progress on those chests. Now I know it would seem like a silly addition to the website since it would become obsolete after you get them all, but in my case it would be a small reminder that I wasn't as exact in my search for the chests as I thought I was.
If it does already exist please someone tell me. If not discuss here If it would be a good idea or not and why you think so.

I think you can check on the map in game, there is a 4/5 type thing on each world, that's the only way of seeing it apart from the wheel that I've found, happy hunting.
