One Year Emblem! Why isn't flawless ToO included in the thing we need to do?(poll)

Yes Flawless trails ran should be included!

1019

Completing one passage coil with 9 wins.

405

Shouldn't be included.

2475

I mean Hard VoG, Hard CE's, Hard PoE all against A.I. Why isn't flawless ToO involved in the year one Emblem? Is it because it's PvP? Maybe because it's to hard for people, but still it is one of the big four things to do each week so why isn't it involved? I think it should be involved. Maybe not even flawless but at lest completing one passage coin with 9 wins doesn't need to be flawless . What do you guys think? Should it be included? Please Bump it you think ToO should be involved. Edit: And also for PvE I have never done a hard raid and I am going to have get through them. And then PoE on hardest is not going to be fun as I hate PoE. So I don't see why I have to go through something I hate and am not every good at (I will get through them tho) and all the PvE people don't have to go through PvP, I really think 9 wins in one trails run should be there, just to make in even between PvE players & PvP players. Edit 2: To everyone saying that it is to hard to get to the lighthouse This is for the Bungie Update after the first week of ToO "If you stood Trial in the Burning Shrine, step forth to be counted. 3,798,561 = Trials of Osiris matches played 118,627,301 = Kills (or Deaths, if your glass be half-empty) 188,442 = Players visited the Mercurial promised land 299,001 = Guardians scored a perfect scorecard" So 188,442 made it to the lighthouse... in the first week... Edit 3: A great idea for Mr Raaad who says that a minimum grimoire requirement might be a good thing to add as well, Say 3000. Edit 4: To everyone saying that if Flawless Trials is there, then flawless raider would have to be there as well. I would love this as it would give me a reason to get good at PvE again. Edit 5: Thanks to everyone who voted and commented

  • 9 out 10 of the completions are related to pve, Trials pvp already has its own emblem which, correct me if i'm wrong, is an exotic.

  • Too many uncontrollable variables for what is arguably the weakest aspect of Destiny. Weapon balance, terrible matchmaking, easily manipulated, only open on the weekend, the list goes on. They made the right choice by not including ToO.

    • I think, the lighthouse should have been instead of the public events, because who gives a flying f*ck about public events! Lighthouse totally marks you as legendary, not defending a ball, killing a VIP,or kill 3 waves of enemies in 30 seconds with a ghorn!

      • Bungie is probably taking into consideration the lag switchers and many other cheap ass things that went into trials. Also not everyone can consistently get the same group together week after week to practice. Also if you never went flawless you probably wouldn't be posting this up here

      • I'm guessing it's not included because they consider it a "event" like Iron Banner and not actual end game content. I'd be interested in knowing how they decided on which ones make this list of completions.

Edit 3: A great idea for Mr Raaad who says that a minimum grimoire requirement might be a good thing to add as well, Say 3000
That's an easy answer. With the Trials there are too many variables that will stop day one players from completing it. Examples are cheaters, lag switchers, internet going out, power going out, the list goes on. These are things that will give you a loss. Another thing is in my case, I went 9-0, but that was after getting a loss. So that counts as not going flawless even though it was 9 wins without loosing after one loss.

        • 2 things about ToO: U already get an emblem for going flawless There are a lot of hackers And the grimoire score minimum of 3000 is dumb. I don't care about searching for grimoire cards. Look at my profile. I have a really low grimoire score. I'm a day 1 player. It doesn't matter

          • If flawless was included, then you would attain two different exclusive emblems just for going flawless. I think they did the right thing leaving it off the list

            • While I assumed it would be part of it, the only explanation I could think of is that there is already a flawless Osiris emblem. If they included it as part of this emblem, that would be redundant. If you want people to know you went flawless, you wear your Osiris emblem.

                  •
188,442 = Players visited the Mercurial promised land
This number means absolutely nothing without knowing how many people played it in total. And i would guess that more people attempted it in the second week rather than the first since there are a lot of people who don't even bother with pvp who certainly wouldn't have wanted to try it the first week. If flawless run from trials is in there, than so should be flawless hard raids on both raids. Just saying.

                  • Why isn't iron banner there? Why isn't solo nightfall? Why isn't flawless raider? Because it's the hard activities but not the super hard (I'm not classing iron banner as super hard lol)

                    • I'm guessing cuz you already get an emblem showing that you're most likely another filthy Thorn bastard getting 9-0 in Trials. Why have another emblem showing you're another duchebag in PVP?

                      • Because Bungie screwed up with the ToO and they know it. The barrier to entry to the ToO is too high, people aren't going back and trying it because it is too punishing. The elimination mode would need to be permanent to give people the ability to practice and get used to the mode, but it isn't. The ToO would need skill based match-making so that people don't get pub-stomped and have a modicum of success to continue to engage in the mode to get better, but there isn't.

                      • How many of the 188,442 got there without using the backout exploit? Even without raid cheese they are easy to do and can be done by 3 good players(VOG) and how many have done CE solo PvP "endgame" is not the same skill based level as PvE...I know its harder to get to the lighthouse...still tryin that one
