Winning ToO is outside of player control either you get lucky with who you draw or you pull a streamer and get face stomped lol. Everything in the list is in direct control of the player. Even it means I have too make a "can someone carry me though PoE 35" post. It is at least doable and not down to chance based on who I draw. Edit for English fail
