Flawless Trials has enough rewards as it is. Also, that would be excluding way too much of the player base. Despite how some people like to boast, going flawless is not easy, and the majority of people have not and never will do it.

I think that's the point OP is trying to achieve. Make it truly exclusive.

There's exclusive and there's exclusive. As it is, I'd say at least 60% of the current community won't get it, maybe more. If you restricted it to people who have gone flawless, it would only be like 5% if that.
