Because of lag switchers. It wouldn't be fair that people would be denied the emblem due to other humans cheating. Pve has no cheating AI. take myself for instance. I have about 3 hours of playtime from Friday till Monday night. That's enough for maybe 1 run through TOO and the rest to finish pve stuff. Everytime I play TOO I go 8-0, 7-0, or 6-0 and run into streaming laggers thAt ruin my chance
