Salvage is broke for me, but friend Jamiee Amey has it unlocked. Doubles is just broke as it goes towards Skirmish. Elimination = ToO counts on the grimoire score, but must play standard elimination to unlock card, but ToO wins will not be lost. Have no issues with PVE grimoire. This is what I and friends have experienced. Any solutions?
