character disappearance
my PSN name is aadvleugels. and i went online this morning to play nightfall and Crota ECT. and i was on the create a character screen and my warlock lvl 30. ( first character) was gone i looked it up but could not find a solution for it.
so please bungie fix it.

Hi aadvleugels, I can confirm that we received a valid character deletion request from your account on July 7th at 4:34 AM (GMT -7). Whether due to accidental deletion or unauthorized account access, we recognize how upsetting it is to lose the character and gear you’ve put time into. We take reports of character deletion seriously and investigate cases of missing characters. In each instance we have investigated, missing characters have been the result of a manual deletion. Bungie does not recover manually deleted characters or items.
