Bump! Since the absence of matchmaking outright excludes a large number of players from PoE and ToO, I think there needs to be a decent alternative. I've had to do IB for mine, and I abhor PVP. So far I've had none at all drop from NF. I wouldn't mind if there was at least one guaranteed from the NF, but without that, there does need to be some way of obtaining it otherwise. Whether it's this, or trading exotic shards for it, there really should be something.
