Right? Or to say that he was worse than Clinton? Clinton signed 3 of the worst trade agreements this country has ever seen.

Exactly why is he not on the list. I'm not saying bush was the best president or anything but if you look at what Clinton did while he was in office it's kind of hard to put all the blame on bush. Not including the democratic party would shutdown everything he proposed as it was a pissing contest when he was in office.

To be fair Obama is signing one currently that could be a lot worse. Other than the trade agreements though the U.S. Did fairly well under Clinton compared to the terms of the others on this list.
