My wife had the same thing with meat. I guess it's their bodies way of telling them they have enough proteins due to the extra blood and placenta.
Funny story, before we knew she was pregnant, we were sharing one of our shared favorite sandwiches (tri-tip, bacon, onion rings, etc) from a local sandwich shop and she pulled the bacon off her half and handed it to me and said "here, you eat this." After eating the bacon she handed me, I told her "I think something is wrong with you". Later that week we took the pregnancy test and it was positive. Haha
Fingers crossed on the "morning sickness" thing. I guess somewhere around 30% of all women will continue being sick throughout the entire pregnancy. I can't imagine what 9 months of borderline needing to puke would be like. She says she doesn't even remember what feeling normal feels like anymore. =|
