Is it like twitch?
Like,if you are very active on the forums,or something in that manner?

I would also suggest on top of the replies that it is part of the reporting system in game. Good reviews. And forum help.

You have to throw a certain amount of money (means only dollar, other currencies are too foreign), at your tv screen... Here u go.
-
I assume so. Being active in posts and threads helping people out with questions and just being an over all helping hand.

You look fabulous today

If you post threads about becoming a mentor bungie will notice your interest and promote you

I am pretty sure they pick people that are very active and helpful.

Don't be a dick.
-
You have to not complain about anything and only contribute constructive criticism on the forums for a whole month. Good luck!

What I'm doing right now (helping)
-
You have to be selected ;) there is no way other than someone who is a mod/ninja to invite you. I hope to one day achieve that status, still not worthy :(
-
If you have to ask, then you're not mentor material.
-
You don't "become" a mentor, and it has little to do with number of posts, more so quality posts. Just be yourself on the forums, if you're mentor material, they might give you that title, one day, maybe. perhaps.
-
You have to be on bungies balls and back up every bad decision they make
-
You suck Bungie nuts.
