Although you would need to rebut the games for your xboxone, you can transfer over you characters from Gtav and destiny (not sure about halo). From what I understand Xbox has more stable servers, but I myself aren't able to confirm this myself. Most videos I have seen of pvp hackers (not lag switchers, just blatant hacking) have been on the ps4, however this could just be because destiny has a bigger player base then xbox's destiny, ergo they are more likely to have hackers. Normally when people ask this question on the forums I tell them to go with the console they have friends on. But since you have friends on both I recommend thinking about whether or not your willing to start from scratch or whether the timed exclusives are worth starting anew.
