I know his probably won't happen but I have like 40 passage coins I can't use because I don't have ANY EXPANSIONS. So just an idea maybe have another use for the passage coins like trading 10 passage coins for weapon parts/ upgrading materials. Also another idea maybe trading passage coins for a strange coin like 15 passage coins for 1 strange coin. I wouldn't ask for trading passage coins for weapons or armor though because that would make xur worthless unless if it would cost a insane amount of passage coins for weapons and armor, but I am not asking for that. So that's all overall just giving bungie another idea for the players that can't buy the expansions so they just have things lying around without any use. Thanks ;)
