Haha, everyone saying they would give out free content. No they wouldn't. That's how a business dies. Then everyone would be crying "b- b- but taken king was freeeeee! Why do I have to pay for this next dlc? Bungie iz stoopid!"
First thing I would do is get new people in the raid development. The raid are too short. I want to see more creative boss mechanics (templar and Atheon were pretty good). Bungie did show some creativity with the bosses in PoE. Kaliks, Valus Trauug (or whichever one with the vhanging shield), Uroxx, Skolas's taint... Those all show some creative thinking other than "give him a million hp and throw thousands of adds at them!"
They should have a boss where every player has to participate. For instance, at the start of the fight, each player gets a debuff. Randomly throughout the fight, one player gets teleported to an area with an objective specific to that class. Once the objective is completed, you lose the debuff and are teleported back into the main fight. When all 6 (or however many are in the fireteam) have removed the debuff, the boss will take damage and you fight like normal.
Crota was a neat idea, but some people didn't have to do anything but stand on the center ledge and fire 5 rockets.
