Just have Mark of the Devourer stop working upon the death of the user. Therefore you Thorn guys still get your burn effect but are required to stay alive in order to ensure the kill. Hardly a nerf but a nice change that would prevent postmortem burnouts which I think should not happen in a gun fight. Discuss.
