Her Benevolence
Guys in the forum, where in the hell do we buy Her Benevolence? I've searched every vendor everywhere, but I haven't seen it. Is my console broken? Please help!

I've gotten it twice from turning in bounties to Petra. One is arc and the other void. My solar sniper is a LDR.
