You walk down a flight of cement stairs that lead to a dimly lit room below a rural building. Inside, you see a whole cybernetics workshop open up through the place, the only resident inside of it a bald man dressed in a butcher's apron which is stained with oil and blood. He glances at you with a glare. "What is your business here?" he asks in a heavy Russian accent.

"Well, I've got shoulder-blasters, dart-fingers, poison for the rest of your blades. Sound good?"

"Sounds well," the cyber-merc says. He steps to the side to reveal a large surgical table behind him. He gestures toward it. "Lie on this."

"You are impatient." the man says. He taps his Tac-Pad. "Pay now before surgery."

The man glares at you, then grunts in acceptance. "That's half of the 800 you owe me. You better be true to your word." The man then puts you under numbing drugs, and you soon fall into unconsciousness... — You awaken to the man cleaning blood off of his fingers and surgical tools with a dirty cloth. Your fingers are... numb. You almost can't feel them. But you know why. "400 Credits, please." the cyber-merc says.

Suddenly, the man bellows a Russian curse and charges at you, saw raised up in the air for a strike. You better act fast!

The prosthetic skin on your fingers peels back, and needles shoot out from their tips as your index, middle, and ring are projected into the man's chest, one puncturing his neck. He falls in a heap to the ground. The saw clatters onto the floor. He lies there dying, and a large puddle of blood slowly form around him. What more could you expect from a money-hungry Downtowner? ((You must collect your fingers by hand))
