"how well does it work?"
*continues to look at the weapons around the shop, taking interest in the rifles*

"Takes up about 20 shots from .5mms and .9mms in a single battery, 10 against bigger stuff like .357s and slugs, and it's down with one explosive. I'll give ya 4 batteries for the price of two, how's that sound?" the greaser explains from behind you. You spy a Kriksboc-19 rifle, similar to the ones that the Cyber-Police droids outside carry. It takes .9mms, and has a high rate of fire but high recoil, properly used by the accuracy of droids, Synths, and Cyborgs like you. The one you see is currently equipped with standard iron sights. You also see an M-26 Carbine, a lightweight, long-range rifle which fires .9mms semi-automatically. Has a controlled recoil. The one you see has a holographic scope projector built into it ((new entry to Weapons database)).
-
"I'll keep that in mind." *Jester says as he brings his full attention to the greaser.* "but you know what they say, the best defense is a good offense." *A small smirk curls onto his face*
-
"Ah, that's true, that's true." he replies. He waits for you to finish looking.
-
he was already done looking XD
"what types of pistols do you have?"
-
Oh, sorry :^D
"Pistols? We've got Pinn-7s, FN4s, and PR-X5s ((new entry to Weapon database))."
-
"are these them?" *he asks as he points to small firearms at the end of the glass case.* "what's the difference between the Pinn-7 and the FN-4?"
-
"Pinn-7 is smaller and more compact, but deals less damage than the FN4. It has a lot less recoil than the FN, though. The FN4 also doesn't have any adhesives or ridges to put a sights on, so you've gotta feel lucky trying to shoot something with it."
-
"how much would a Pinn-7 and an energy shield projector be? plus a few magazines and batteries?"
-
Edited by HickoryHamMike: 7/12/2015 10:02:15 PM"Pinn-7 with a clip of 12 bullets is 500, the shield and batteries 400."
-
"how many batteries is that exactly?"
-
-
"Is it possible to get two batteries instead, and use the extra money for more ammunition? that way I'll be able to get familiar with the weapon." *Jester places him palms on the glass case and leans forward a bit.*
-
"Sure, sure." the greaser bends down under the counter to grab your gear, and puts it on the counter inside of a large carbon-fiber case. "900, please."
-
*jester taps commands into his tac-pad and picks up the case.* "thank you, sir." *he then nods to the greaser and turns toward the door, the rain is coming down harder than it was before. jester walks out into therein and heads toward his hotel, he then opens his tac-pad and opens the bounty list.*
-
((Ooh, my first Bounty Hunter! Which will you choose? You can look at them on the main post)) You open the case to find all of your purchased gear. You sort of regret the giant paycheck that only left you with 100 Credits, but you quickly brush that off. It was all worth it; Cedyetica is a dangerous place.
-
*jester installs the energy shield into his power gauntlet and places the pistol into his holster. then puts two mags into his pocket and the rest into his backpack. he than settles on the data collection bounty since he is a hacker and still does not feel he has enough ordinance to take on the other two.*
I'll start a new comment for the bounty start, I don't want to make this one to long.
-
((I have filled your name into the Hunter position of the Data-Whore Bounty. You may begin whenever you like.))
-
thank you, I'll have my bounty post up in a minute.
You have 24 .9mms in your inventory and a shield projector. You're ready to go.
Alright, that's fine with me.
