The man glares at you. "That is only 100."
-
I said I'd give you 500 and you agreed 400 before and 100 after. I'm not negotiating
-
The man is outraged. "You give me 400 now!" He grabs a large bone-saw and aims it at you threateningly.
-
Woah man take it easy you're not the one with weaponized fingers. *hands outstretched towards the cyber merc* I'm going to slowly walk out of here with the rest of my money, I paid my bill now you need to let me go
-
Suddenly, the man bellows a Russian curse and charges at you, saw raised up in the air for a strike. You better act fast!
-
Launches 3 fingers into the mans upper chest
-
The prosthetic skin on your fingers peels back, and needles shoot out from their tips as your index, middle, and ring are projected into the man's chest, one puncturing his neck. He falls in a heap to the ground. The saw clatters onto the floor. He lies there dying, and a large puddle of blood slowly form around him. What more could you expect from a money-hungry Downtowner? ((You must collect your fingers by hand))
-
*collects fingers* ugh there has to be a better way to do this. Whelp might as well refund my money and leave before the cops get here
-
You tap away at the dead cyber-merk's Tac-Pad, refilling your Credits, and you finish back at 1,000. Now you can escape the scene of the man's death.
-
I escape to street level and move over to the Rich side of town as a street performer using my detachable fingers as a gag, I need more money to fix that manual retrieval problem
-
The wealthy folks of Neo-Centra are thoroughly entertained by your performance, though some of them have a feeling that something suspicious is going on with your act. At the end of the day, you earn a whopping 9,000 Credits. You may as well fit right in with the Neo-Centra crowd with 10,000 Credits in your inventory.
-
I climb the tallest building in neo centra and scan the surrounding area
-
((You may now enter any Business))
-
Are there any cyber mercs
-
In Neo-Centra, no illegal dealers are about like Cyber-Mercs, only in Centra, Downtown, and the Sewers.
-
Where can I get the best upgrades then?
-
You'll have to find that in the other areas of the city.
-
Edited by OPs Mother: 7/13/2015 12:04:48 AMLet's try the sewers then? One question how do you get high up to see all the stores First I'll buy a gun
-
You can go to a Guns For Funs right now since you already scanned. Then after you get a gun, you can descend into the Sewers.
-
Sounds good lets go
-
You enter a Neo-Centran Gunz For Funz, the place being guarded by two slick white security droids, each handling a taser-staff. The cashier is a bald man, though not at all like the cyber-merc you killed: he is washed, cleanly shaven, and has vibrant blue eyes to match his white outfit. He smiles. "Welcome." he says warmly.
-
Is there an available list of wares or can I just make up a non OP gun
-
Edited by HickoryHamMike: 7/13/2015 12:49:19 AMThere is an available list: Pistols: Pinn-7 FN4 Rifles: M-26 Carbine Snipers: Skyranger ((new entry to the Weapons database)) Melee: Steel Katana CK-12 Serrated Knife Scopes/Sights: Standard Iron Sights Holographic Scope Projector ACOG-2 Don't expect too many combat wares in Neo-Centra; this stuff is only used for sport here.
-
Is there any difference between the two pistols I should know about?
-
"They both fire 12 .5mm bullets semi-automatically, though the FN4 doesn't have the right frame to fit any sights while the Pinn-7 does, the FN4 has more recoil than the Pinn-7, and the Pinn-7 is smaller and more portable than the FN4, though doesn't deal as much impact as the FN4 does. They both cost 500 Credits." The Pinn-7 can be hidden more easily and handles better, but the FN4 packs more of a punch against targets, though has no sights to assist your aim. Which should you choose?
