Orion is a lowtown man who works at Motorheads, with a small apartment not far from the dealership. Thanks to his abilities as a Psion, it makes it much easier to get people to buy, making small changes in their thought process until they finally shake his hand and drive off on a car, motorbike, or maybe a toaster(it's happened once.)
However, Orion has a small side business as a Cyber-Junkie, buying KAP pills in bulk and selling them at average prices. His latest shipment costed him a lot though, bringing him down to 1,000 credits to his name. However he now has crates full of pills to sell, but only keeps 20 to himself. If anyone was looking for good KAP pills they could buy, people knew they could head to motorheads, talk to Orion and ask "for a Motorbike with the K-A-P plugin." And he would set them up.
Today he was working at the shop, waiting for a customer to come by. The day's been a little slow and if people don't start coming by he's gonna start messing with heads, pills or not.

Brady walks up, and the lights go out.

Orion, as soon as the Man stepped in, quickly shifted through his brain, seeing what his thoughts are, and quickly learns that the lights will go out- As soon as the lights go out, Orion dissapears under the counter for Brady, he doesn't make any move against him, just simply watches what he will do. Looking for anything in his head that would give away his reasoning for turning off the lights.

The lights above you turn on. Hello Orion.

No voice would respond, instead, Orion stands up, seeing the man more armed ad ready to kill. Why would he want him? Either way, he already was in his head, might as well have some fun. Who's Orion?, a woman seemed to appear behind Brady, seeming like someone he knew, or not. Looking at him with a curiosity.
Just so you know, these are Illusions being pulled, it would be a very difficult task to break the illusion, as all of it will seem lifelike, especially since Psions can mess with memories.
I believe my cerebral chip needs to be repaired for it to work, although you may be an illusion. Never trust anyone. At this point Brady puts away his guns, showing no intention of harm.

If Brady would look at the woman, he'd find himself at a different place, downtown of the city. The woman no longer there, the only sounds being the men and women passing by. He would catch the man he's looking for however running away, guns or not, he was already in his head and knew everything.
