It is locked, but you can open it safely by unlocking it with the dead man's Tac-Pad by finding the lock application.
English
-
I open up the Tac-Pad, do some bip-bopiddy bopin', and open the suitcase.
-
Inside, you find a golden-framed T-29 Quantum revolver ((new entry to Weapons database)). It has an eight-round cylinder, each slot containing .357 Slugs. Inspired by old western six-shooters, the hammer can be flicked back as rapidly as you pull the trigger to create fan-fire, rapidly firing your bullets at a target as if it were full-auto. Hot damn, are you lucky.
-
I grab the shit out of that.
-
Now you have a great weapon to fend the Sewer mafias off and the Police force. Speaking of Police, you hear a distant metallic rattle over the slushing of falling sewage behind you, accompanied by the hum of conversation. Better climb that ladder, bub.
-
I toss the briefcase up the ladder, since it seems the business man didn't have a good time with climbing it.
-
The voices are nearing. You better act fast!
-
I scurry up the ladder with my newly found gun out, trying to not make noise.
-
Your boots and gloves squelch against the ladder rungs from the moisture of the Sewer musk. You aren't sure if the Police heard that, but you might as well not stick around to find out. You exit the top of the ladder to step into a wide, curved-walled tunnel, and in the distance, a solitary man sits against the wall, weeping. He doesn't seem to notice you.
-
I approach the man.
-
He continues to sob into his crossed arms, which hold his knees tightly to his chest.
-
"Hey there... Person.."
-
The man quickly looks at you, and then tries to scramble away from you, but his fear keeps him to the ground. "No! No, get away from me!"
-
"Woah! Calm down there."
-
He then curls up into a fetal position, shaking and trembling in terror. What could his problem be?
-
"What happened to you?" I look around to better understand my surroundings.
-
You are in a gaping tunnel, a large sewage reservoir running through its center. Along the wall that the Sewer man cowers in front of, a long trail of dry blood is stretched horizontally, thin streams stained as they flowed down to the floor. "Have you seen him...?" the man whimpers.
-
"Who are you talking about?" I help the man to his feet.
-
He timidly stands up, thanks to your aid. He looks at you with wide, teary eyes. "The head-buster. The prison boy!"
-
So that's what happened to that guy. I'll tell you what, go down the ladder, and you'll be met with police, they should get you outta here.
-
The man looks at you as if you've grown a third eye. "Police? Police'll kill me. I'm a man of the Underground!" he explains dramatically. "And if they're down there, we've gotta get the hell outta here!" The man then starts to shamble away into the distance of the tunnel, away from the ladder.
-
I follow, prepared to protect my new friend.
-
The man leads you into a service tunnel dimly lit by lights. There is a flight of stairs farther ahead, but they are guarded by two gunmen, possibly Mafia. They aim their weapons at you, but then your partner raises his hands in the air. "Stop, stop it, you shitheads! He's with me!" They glance at your partner, confused. "You sure he's friendly, Ronny?" one asks unsurely. "Yes, I'm positive. And watch out for coppers; this guy says they've come down here, and they're by the ladder back there." The gunmen suddenly tense, and aim their weapons behind you, waiting for the incoming Police forces. They let you and Ronnie slip past them and into the next service tunnel.
-
I say as I follow. "Hey, thanks for not just letting me get shot back there."
-
"No problem. It's just a repayment for the warning back there." You both eventually end up at a service elevator. It looks dirty and drained of power. Ronnie steps inside of it through its jammed-open doors. He beckons you inside with his hands.
-
I enter the elevator.
