To be 100% honest I would bring the guy using the hand cannon. They are simpler to use and bode better results than any other primaries in PVP. I used scouts a fair amount on my warlock and hunter. Titan I just prefered my LW over anything else. Never owned Thorn mainly because I dont care about it. But I have seen them do stupid distance shots with perfect accuracy on several streams and been tagged at ridiculous ranged by it.
