Dominion is the modern-day Robin Hood; save from the whole 'giving to the poor' part. He had decided that the city was going to die soon enough, and that he should get everything out of it before it did...
That's why he roamed the streets of the immaculate Neo-Centra, using his skills as a hacker to locate the safes that the people who lived in the ivory city inevitably had. Most people had some sort of device connected to their home on them, making his job all the easier.
After all, you can't hack physical stacks of money. Only the ones that translated into ones and zeroes had that unique ability to be stolen from planets away.
Since the Neo-Centra was seemingly perfect in every way, no one expected theft. Made it all the easier for him. No complicated algorithms for their home security systems, no lasers, no automatic turrets, (well, except for that one time) nothing to kill him.

That's his motto, anyways. "Stay alive~rob em' blind"
...Hey, it had worked out this far.
He had accrued himself enough money to survive, a meager 3,000 Credits for his two months of work. He had expected more, but he couldn't complain. That's more than 90% of the people who live in the Downtown's yearly salary. Hell, if they even had jobs.
(Current Balance: 3,000 C) gotta start somewhere
This time, though, he had... Acquired... An invitation to some sort of upscale party that was being hosted by a rich CEO of one of the hundreds of companies that kept the poor poor, and rich rich.
How hard could it be?
-Attend
-Break away unnoticed
-Escape
-Profit
He was hoping for a large enough sum to put his current 'winnings' into six digits. He would be set for life. He couldn't mess it up, this was a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Anyways, this is where he thrived. Making up an identity? Easy. Stealing things? Easy. Running away? Easy.
