I use scout rifles all the time in PVE. In PVP I use the Mida quite often, especially in ToO. However, it also depends on the map. If it's something like The Cauldron, I slap the Red Death or TLW on. I refuse to use the Thorn unless I'm desperate for a win (like 8-0 ToO and we are down in rounds haha)
