If you will, I'd like to insert my two-cents. As the founder of this group, my intention--my ONLY intention--was to shift attention from negative things that permeate and consume these forums, specifically crying for nerfs and buffs, complaining about the new financial situation of TTK, the "Day 1 Snowflake Blizzard," you get the point. I too cared (and still care) for the community, so I urge the members to post many riddles and to promote the group as well, solely for the purpose of expanding what I consider to be a thought-provoking, purely fun activity. Based off of this alone, you can indeed say that we are seeking attention of the utmost variety. As for the riddle you're referring to, I understand where you're coming from. I've been shafted on guesses and down-spoken because of it many times. And the most hurtful part of this whole thing is that you're right. the members of my group have not been treating their metaphorical "customers" with the respect they deserve. While I believe wholeheartedly that the maker of that riddle had every intention of giving the answer as soon as it was guessed, obviously he had a very specific mindset, one that not you or anyone else could have possibly predicted. Furthermore, once you confronted my group members, they replied with the same malice and hurt that was given to them, strictly in my opinion. Starting a critique off with "That was the worst riddle I've ever seen," usually doesn't spark a purely logical and civilized debate. Moreover, the ones who met your argument did not have any intention of being civil, and to my dismay have teamed up in the practice of insulting and discrediting what was a very viable answer. My intentions remain the same; I plan for this group to hack away at this forum's negativity wherever it shows itself, not to "fight back," but to contain and douse. Believe me when I say that the members of Destiny Riddlers will be confronted with this task more urgently than ever. I'm sorry for the way that they have treated you, and indirectly, I've treated you as well. For that, you have my sincerest apologies. And lastly, you have my promise that if you're ever to tread of these riddles again, you'll be met with a neutral (if not friendly) response, so far as you do the same.
