[b]June arrives within Hydruus, her arm drenched in blood. Luciana and Dante happen to pass by.[/b]

"Hello!"
[b]June falls off the horse mid-gallop, unconscious. Dante dives and breaks her fall.[/b]
"Luciana, check for a pulse."
"Faint but beating. Who did this?"
"If I knew I'd tell you."
[b]Dante's eyes glow a lime green hue as he analyzes the arm.[/b]
"High caliber, full metal jacket. It grazed her arm, but severed a massive artery."
[b]Dante waves Luciana over to the still body, and she begins emergency first aid.[/b]
"Sauron's men. Riding back through the forest, they must've had eyes on her. She must've noticed too."
"Where did they get those guns?"
"Either Forgehand or Venom. Most likely Forgehand, seeing as the jarheads aren't fond of visitors."
"What should we do? we can't attack them now, not with that publicity stunt."
"We don't need to. she was sent on a mission of peace. They shot her in cold blood, revenge."
"I'll take her back to the Castle, let Milady know what happened."
[b]Dante glares at the onlookers. Even children watch, as this is but a mild wound to them.[/b]

"Wait- Where are you going?"

Soldiers in blue-grey jumpsuits and tactical vests, carrying various Forgehand weapons and armor, fast-rope into the city's main garrison and begin engaging the security forces they encounter.

[spoiler]Sorry, man. I started as a part of your guys' army in the original thread. Once the big nuking happened and the thread went dark, I've been jumping from thread to thread, playing as the major representative of what's left of Perth. My characters have changed over that time to fit the new reality that everything's been changing around them. This used to be their home, and they're tired of being taken advantage of. Sorry about the DM overreach too, I missed the edits you and Blackjack did.[/spoiler]

The unknown troops plant explosive charges on the garrison's supply depot and armory. After downloading all relevant data on the Monarchy, the troops exfiltrate by helicopter and once again disappear, with the base exploding behind them.

There were no survivors, the weapons platform designed to cut holes through full sized starships desintigrates the small aircraft in a brilliant flash of white light as the atoms constructing the aircraft, personnel, and stolen data, are dissolved into their base particles: electrons, neutrons, and protons, with no hope of reconstruction as all atomic integrity has been lost.* [spoiler]Edit: changed 'helicopter is' to 'helicopters are', as I had miss read the sub comment and believed a single aircraft had conducted the raid.[/spoiler]
