The Cloaked Ones move swiftly through the capitol's sewers, carrying backpacks full of glass vials, about the size of Pringles cans. In a large sewer atrium lies a podlike machine, which is connected to the air vents which lead out and into the city. Taking the time to close off the area with portable steel barricades, the Cloaked Ones pull on hazmat suits and CBRN masks before placing eight vials into the machine and pressing a large button on its surface. The machine thumps quietly, then fires a vial toward the surface, encased in a steel sabot. The vial explodes about 150 feet up, and a massive orange cloud descends on the city, as the other vials explode in turn. The machine is reloaded with the remaining 24 vials, which are launched at regular intervals as the Cloaked Ones exfiltrate through the sewers and disappear once more.
