You traverse the Centra streets, keeping your cybernetics under your skin as you search for a dealer.
You eventually find a man in one alleyway, clenching his head with his hands. He grunts and growls in pain as he lay on his side next to a garbage dumpster. This could be interesting.

He does not notice you. His eyes are squeezed shut in his agony.

I stare at him

After a few more moments, his mouth begins frothing. His eyes opened, and they are pulsating with blood. Veins show clearly through his head. And then he stops moving. Could he be dead or unconscious? You better check.

I wrap one hand around his neck, and I check to see if he's alive
