Cyrethian bloom or what ever, is a rare shader not even legendary that is a rand drop from; patrol chests/ event drops

No there r no exotic colors so legendary purple are the hard to come by colors

Rare as in blue lvl 18-28 pick ups, legendary and exotic are better and harder/ occasionally time limited
