Hmmm well the only line that I can't make sense of it past the Sea. Because there is no sea that we know of. Unless you count it as the Lighthouse because it surrounded by a sea of clouds

Does Sea mean a body of water. Or can it represent the number of some. Like a large number of a object is there

The sea being referred to in the riddle is not a body of water. It's meaning in this context is something I'm gonna leave to you to discover. Just remember that it isn't crucial to know the meaning to answer the riddle correctly.
