• Reagan? Either you're a democrat or a pessimist

 • It's really quite difficult to rank one as 'the worst' because they all existed in very different times and left very different legacies. That "Trickle Down Economics" farce is reason enough to rate him pretty high given the legacy it has left. However, I think Clinton's deregulating of the banks did far more damage. Then you have Bush Jr. and the invasion which is not very popular anywhere and was arguably a mistake given what rose from the ashes of Saddam's Iraq. You've also Truman who's the only sitting leader to have ever utilised a nuclear weapon... justified or not, that action cemented the U.S. as a warmongering nation that will do 'whatever it takes' to achieve its goals. As for Obama, he's presided in one of the most polarised times in U.S. history, and as a 'leader' has absolutely failed to to foster a desperately needed bipartisanship. ....and those are only some of the more recent ones...

 •
Jackson was terrible haha and Coolidge did nothing
under president Jackson our nation was absolutely completely debt free for one year (1835-1836). How is he bad? Under Obama so far our debt has gone from 8 trillion to 18 trillion and somehow our economy is getting better....

 •
Under Obama so far our debt has gone from 8 trillion to 18 trillion and somehow our economy is getting better....
That's because the U.S. is in a pretty unique position where the two things are not necessarily tied together.

 • Jackson also slaughtered thousands of natives. You don't understand economics, our debt can still rise, but the economy grows because of the creation of jobs and consumers having enough confidence to spend.

 • Lots of jobs being created but no one in my generation wants to work. They'd rather sit at poverty level and do nothing while collecting a free government check. People are even coming to America from other countries(not just Mexico) because we have the best welfare system on the planet. I work 60 hrs a week and part of my 'taxes' goes to these pieces of shit.

They all have MD's or degrees in engineering now. I do not believe in generalization.

 • There are quite a few such as your aunt and uncles though that come here for an opportunity at something better. I'm guessing they come from a poor area so they are motivated to make something of themselves and turn there lives around. They problably didn't hang out with lazy American teens who just want to face book and game. Don't get me wrong, I like games, I play Destiny. I know when it's time to put the controller down and get some real work done.

 • Jackson was phenomenal in the sense of economics while Coolidge doing nothing is exactly what presidents are supposed to do, they're a figure head.
