I think Vestian Dynasty is 347 Vesta Dynasty. Isn't it obvious? They had the same flavor text and the names are almost identical. They also have about the same punch (LOL).

I'll check them both out. The more I think of it, the more I feel like Vestian Dynasty is a secondary "Scout Rifle". You can't compare them directly in game like other items of the same slot, but the weapon ratings are very misleading anyways. VD (LOL) does the same amount of damage as my Fang of Ir Yut, but has a significantly faster RoF and the 75 bonus damage to Fallen that it does after every shot makes it incredibly powerful. It may be one of the most OP guns in the game. The Impact rating is ridiculously underrated.
