Just rolled the best Fusion Rifle in the game!
I think this is the best PVP roll you can get on a fusion rifle in Destiny.
Edit: It has Extended Mag, Accelerated Coils, and Braced Frame in the second row of perks.

I think Icarus and hot swap are good perks as they tighten the spread
