You're is a contraction for you are. It wouldn't make sense to say you are spelling is wrong. It would be your, showing possession.

I'm sorry but fancy is right. You said[quote]your spelling it wrong [/quote]when the context makes it you are spelling it wrong. To be your it would be [quote]your spelling is wrong[/quote] that is and it makes a difference
